Propeller Repairs & Refurbishments.
We will always advise if a propeller can be refurbished or repaired,likewise we will not automatically offer a new propeller when your existing one can be modified or repaired.
Refurbished Propellers are first subjected to a detailed inspection, If there are parts of the blades missing are damaged these are repaired by weld. The propeller is then re-pitched and re-calibrated to original specifications. The propeller is then balanced and treated with a surface conditioning disc, to provide a polished finish.
Impellers for Water Jets.
We manufacture impellers by working closely with manufactures to meet customer requirements. we currently work with Major waterjet manfacturers both national and international to provide optimum propulsion solutions.
Thruster Propellers
In either flat pitch face, lenticular Blades or Kaplan style. We work closely with several UK Thruster manufacturers to provide Thruster propellers for all types of vessels from RSV''s to bow thrusters on yachts and commercial vessels.
